Our Classes

Beginners

Our No Gi beginners course is the best way to start learning BJJ, if you never done Brazilian Jiu- Jitsu before or if you are a complete beginner and want to learn the fundamentals.

This is a 12 weeks programme divided by 3 parts,

Part 1: Warm up drills, conditioning & Take downs.  

Part 2: Closed guard system.

Part 3: Control & escapes.

All Levels & Advanced

This class is recommended to anyone with an understanding the basics of BJJ. You will learn new strategies on how to maintain dominant position, and advance to submissions. This class also has more live training (rolling), this type of training will help develop your game and improve your fitness.

MNBJJ Comp Class

This class is for anyone that has an understanding of BJJ, and is already comfortable with rolling. Competitor or not, this class helps develop the skills of our new champions. You will be testing your techniques against your team mates at all different levels. This is a great class to anyone that wants to prepare for competition or to anyone that wants to test their BJJ.
